Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with original packaging and documentation and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

 

Before returning anything to Germ Geek, please submit a ticket Here, explaining the reason for the return. We will provide a "Return Authorization Number" that should be marked prominently on the mailing label.
